About the speaker

Krzysztof Dobrowolski studied art history and French literature at the UvA, Paris IV-Sorbonne and the Jagielloński in Krakow. Since 2006 he has been working as an art history teacher. Krzysztof Dobrowolski-Onclin graduated cum laude in art history and French literature and studied at the universities of Amsterdam, Paris and Krakow. Since 2006 he has been lecturing on art history without restricting himself to a specialism or subject. He is a volunteer at COC Amsterdam and was appointed Member of the royal Order of Orange-Nassau in 2019.

She is a passionate advocate for Women in STEM, a TEDx speaker and mentor, she has been shortlisted for Nature’s John Maddox Prize for her work as an LGBTQ+ speaker and activist.

Anita Nowak is an empathy expert, award-winning educator, author, and social impact coach. A Montreal native with a doctoral degree from McGill University, where she was twice named Professor of the Year, Anita has a distinguished record of leadership in both private and non-profit sectors. Over the past two decades, she has contributed to numerous social purpose organizations locally and internationally. Her work centers on fostering empathy and social impact through education, leadership, and community engagement.

In a post-COVID world, high-performance organizations that already cared about sustainability, corporate social responsibility, psychological safety, and employee engagement and wellbeing are now being expected to embrace empathic leadership and behavior.
